PSIR: Populus super pan-genome information resource

To enhance the exploration of the genomic resources of the Populus super-pangenome and the application of the study results, we have developed a user-friendly web-based tool. With a focus on simplicity and intuitive navigation, the platform enables researchers to effortlessly access pan-gene types and functional annotations of specific genes from any species within the context of the Populus super-pangenome. The database also facilitates searches for both orthologous and paralogous genes within and across species, allowing efficient exploration of structural variation across the entire genome. Additionally, researchers can easily access and download diverse multi-omics resources to support forest tree research and breeding communities.
